One of Herning’s oldest restaurants, which today appears in the original style from its establishment in 1976. Restaurant Sankt Jørgen and Hotel Eyde are a cosy unit that caters to both overnight guests and local residents.
Sankt Jørgen has a highly recognised kitchen, which has manifested itself with a versatile menu where we follow seasonal ingredients and hold on to old traditions. We offer both traditional Danish dishes and exciting dishes with an international flavour. We take great pride in the fact that the food is made from scratch.
The wine list includes a rich and varied range of exciting wines with a very good correlation between price and quality. We also offer a good selection of beer, spirits and various glasses of good quality wines.
