Hotel Eyde guarantees that the rooms are ready from 2:00 p.m., there is 24-hour staff at the reception. However, if you check in later than midnight, please inform us about this.
In some cases, it is possible to check in earlier, contact the reception for further information.
Check-out is at 11:00 every day, if you would like a later check-out, please contact the reception for this option.
There are 80 parking spaces connected to the hotel, including 4 electric car spaces.
You will find these at the hotel entrance at Mindegade 1, 7400 Herning.
Should the hotel parking lot be full, please refer to Dalgashus’ free underground parking, on floors -2 and -3, approx. 300m from the hotel.
Breakfast hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 06:30 – 10:00
Saturday: 07:00 – 10:00
Sunday & Holidays: 07:00 – 10:30
We allow pets in most of our Business rooms. Please contact the hotel to make sure you get one of these.
There will be a surcharge of 300kr.
It is possible to add an extra person to the room for 200kr
If an extra bed is required in the rooms, this costs 300kr – this must be notified to the reception no later than the day before check-in.
Please note that the price will increase if the room is upgraded to a larger room.
If you have forgotten something in the room during your stay, you can contact the hotel and arrange for us to have your things sent home to you – or for later collection.
The hotel and restaurant are closed between Christmas and New Year.
We have a few rooms that can be made accessible to disabled people.
This must be booked directly through reception.
